My name is Scott Stream and I am the owner of Stream Benefits Group. I have over 27 years of experience in the insurance industry, concentrating on the employee benefits field. For part of the first ten years of my career, I was a sales and marketing director for a couple of health insurance carriers in the St. Louis area…Lincoln National and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Missouri. It was also during this time that I earned my masters degree in management.
Then in 1995, I moved into the health insurance agency arena, overseeing group benefit operations for a large insurance agency, The Daniel & Henry Company. In the spring of 2005, I established Stream Benefits Group, LLC.
Within the health insurance industry, I have been involved with a number of professional organizations, including the St. Louis Association of Health Underwriters. This group, comprised of local brokers and insurance carrier representatives, assists in keeping current on the latest trends, patterns and products.
But I also feel it is very important to be involved within the community. To that end, I have committed myself to a few activities that are not insurance related. During the past few years, please find listed a few of my civic activities:

I am married with four children, two of whom are attending college. I feel the key to success is a strong work ethic and delivering on what you promise with high morals.
